  • 3 lbs. sweet potatoes, cooked (firm), peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 and 1/2 c. mayo
  • dash hot sauce

Conbine first 5 ingred. in large bowl. Stir in mayo and hot sauce. Cover and refridge at least 1 hour before serving
