Ingredients
- 1 lg frying chicken
- 1/2 Cup olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 Cup mushrooms
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 Cups water
- 1/2 Cup dry white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tea allspice
- 1/2 tea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle cut up chicken with salt and pepper. Push to side of skillet, add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Cook and stir a few min
Mix tomato pastewith remainding ingredients.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and simmer for 45 min or until tender
