Ingredients
- peeled and cubed risset potatoes cooked and cooled
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Season salt
- Hard Boiled Eggs
- Celery chopped
- Mayo
- Pickle juice
- Pickles chopped
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cut then cook potatoes and set aside and cool.
chop the pickles, eggs and celery put on top of potatoes
mix together all other ingredients to taste and pour over cooled potatoes. mix well without mashing potatoes. chill and serve.
