Crumb Topped Baked Fish

  • 4 haddock or cod fillets (6oz each)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 & 1/4 C seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 C butter, melted
  • 1 Tb minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed


Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

Place fillets on a greased baking sheet;season with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pat onto fillets. Bake at 400* for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
