Ingredients
- 4 haddock or cod fillets (6oz each)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 & 1/4 C seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C butter, melted
- 1 Tb minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed

Step 1
Place fillets on a greased baking sheet;season with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pat onto fillets. Bake at 400* for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
