Ingredients
- This is the classic mayonnaise-based remoulade, spiked with a touch of seafood seasoning.
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. creole mustard
- 1/4 c. chopped sweet pickles
- 1 Tb. capers, drained
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 2 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir together all ingredients; cover and chill 1 hour to 1 week.
