Ingredients

  • This is the classic mayonnaise-based remoulade, spiked with a touch of seafood seasoning.
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. creole mustard
  • 1/4 c. chopped sweet pickles
  • 1 Tb. capers, drained
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 2 tsp. anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir together all ingredients; cover and chill 1 hour to 1 week.
