Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 2 (21 oz.) cans apple pie filling
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 large egg
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9x2" baking dish with nonstick spray; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine cake mix and coconut. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press mixture into bottom and 1/2" up sides of prepared baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Spoon apple pie filling evenly over baked crust. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over pie filling. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and egg, mixing well. Spoon over pie filling, spreading evenly. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until set.
