Cranberry-Cherry Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen pitted dark cherries
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tb. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tb. minced fresh ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a heavy non-aluminum saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until thickened. Store in refrigerator
