Apple Berry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples
  • 1 1/2 C. diced strawberries
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 small orange
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 2 T. apricot jam
  • Baked cinnamon tostada chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Peel, core and slice apples. Coarsely chop. Place apples, strawberries and kiwi in small batter bowl.
2. Zest orange to measure 1 tsp. zest. Juice orange to measure 2 T. juice. Add orange zest, juice, brown sugar, and jam to fruit mixture; mix gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with baked cinnamon chips.
