Ingredients
- 2 radicchio bunches, torn
- 1 red leaf lettuce bunch, torn
- 1 endive bunch, torn
- 3 pears, thinly slice
- 1/2 c. sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/4 c. Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/3 c. pear juice
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 Tb. vinegar
- 2 Tb. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. red onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine salad greens. Toss greens with pear, cranberries, pecans and cheese; set aside. Before serving, whisk together pear juice, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, red onion, salt and pepper; toss with salad.
