Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl blend soy sauce into cornstarch.
Stir in dry sherry, gingerroot, sugar, salt and red pepper.
stir fry meat then vegetables in hot oil, when al dente stir in sauce, heat and serve immediately.
