Preparation

Step 1

Place the Pork, Garlic, Onion, Broth and Liquid Smoke in the crockpot, and cook on Medium for 6 hours. When it about falls apart when a fork is inserted, take the whole pork out and place it in some sort of dish that has sides (I use a jellyroll pan) so you can start shredded it. Take two forks and start separting the fat from the meat. Discard the fat and take the remaining meat and shredd to your liking. Take the insert of your crockpot and dump out all the juices. Then place all the shredded pork back into the crockpot and add a whole bunch of BBQ sauce. Let it cook for another 30 minutes so the sauce flavors it well and then whenever you're ready to eat, eat!
