Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/4 fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tbsp honey
