Ingredients
- 20 Supreme of Quail
- 5 Tbsp of Mustard
- 5 Tbsp of Honey
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp Balsarnie Vinegar
- Salt
- White Pepper
- Mixed Salad for 4 People
Preparation
Step 1
Disperse the Supreme in a dish, cut them in half, put salt, pepper and honey and saw them in half.
Brush the two face with the mustard and cook in olive oil 3 to 4 minutes covered.
Prepare your vinaigrette with the mustard, the honey and the balsaniic vinegar.
Put your Supreme around the salad and put vinegar on the top.
