Fiery Cornmeal Chicken Strips*

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. (1 lb.) Tyson Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders
  • Light Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, blend the butter, hot pepper sauce and vinegar. On a plate, blend the cornmeal, cayenne and salt. Add the chicken to the butter mixture, toss to coat evenly. Dip the chicken in cornmeal to coat. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until internal juices run clear. Serve with dressing for dipping.
