Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 bananas, peeled and chopped
  • 8 large strawberries
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup yogurt, optional

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender combine half of each ingredient and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Repeat process for remaining ingredients.
