Heavenly Rhubarb Crisp


Rhubarb Crisp is great served warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top! This crisp will satisfy you craving for something sweet.

  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 package strawberry jello
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 stick butter



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Place ingredients in the order listed into a 9x13 pan, making each spread out into a layer on top of the other. Cut butter into several squares on top.

Bake for 50 minutes or until the top is a nice golden color.
