Sugar Free Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 small pkg Sugar free Strawberry Jello
• 1 1/2 c. Water
• 3 Tbsb. Cornstarch
• 4 Equal packets
• 3 c. Sliced Strawberries
• 1 reduced fat Ready Crust Graham Cracker pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Cook on low and stir constantly until thickens. Let cool.
Slice 3 cups strawberries and mix into Jello after it has cooled.
Pour into a baked pie crust or a reduced fat free Graham cracker crust. Refrigerate.
Serve with light Cool Whip if desired.
