Cuginos potato soup mix

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Cuginos potato soup mix
• 5 med sis potatoes cooked and peeled and diced
• 2 cups steamed broccoli
• 2 cups steamed cauliflower
• 1 cup chopped celery steamed
• 1 cup Julian carrots
• 1 pound block cheddar cheese shredded
• milk and water according to soup mix directions

Preparation

Step 1

first sift potatoes out of soup mix and toss the potatoes and pot the powder into a soup pot.

add water and milk and mix well

steam all vegies and add to soup pot

cook unitll all vegies are done to your likeing

add cheese a little at a time stir till well blended

serve.

let cool completely before refrigerate
