  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbs Italian bread crumbs



Step 1

Mix yogurt and seasonings. Coat chicken. Use spatula and spread on. Cover and set overnight in fridge. 3 tbs Italian bread crumbs in dish. Dip chicken in crumbs. Put in baking dish. Melt 2 tbs margarine and drizzle over chicken. Bake 1 hour uncovered at 350 or under if chicken is done. May need more crumbs than called for.
