Ingredients
- 1 kg. (2 lb.) chicken wings (about 20)
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander (optional)
- 1-2 tsp. garlic cloves, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Remove tips from chicken wings; cut wings at joint into 2 pieces.
In a bowl, combine maple syrup, ketchup, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ginger, coriander&garlic. Coat wings with sauce; marinate in sauce, covered in refrigerator for 3-4 hours, or overnight.
Place wings with marinade in either a disposable aluminum baking pan, or baking pan lined with aluminum foil (for easy cleanup), and bake in pre-heated oven at 375 F for 35-40 minutes, until fully cooked. Serve hot.
