Ingredients

  • 1

    kg. (2 lb.) chicken wings (about 20)

  • 3/4

    cup maple syrup

  • 1/2

    cup ketchup

  • 1/2

    cup chili sauce

  • 1

    Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2

    tsp. dry mustard

  • 1/2

    tsp. ground ginger

  • 1/2

    tsp. ground coriander (optional)

  • 1-2

    tsp. garlic cloves, crushed

Directions

Remove tips from chicken wings; cut wings at joint into 2 pieces. In a bowl, combine maple syrup, ketchup, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ginger, coriander&garlic. Coat wings with sauce; marinate in sauce, covered in refrigerator for 3-4 hours, or overnight. Place wings with marinade in either a disposable aluminum baking pan, or baking pan lined with aluminum foil (for easy cleanup), and bake in pre-heated oven at 375 F for 35-40 minutes, until fully cooked. Serve hot.
