Ingredients
- original recipe makes 8 servings
- 2 pounds flank steak (or London Broil)
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 5 oz condensed tomato soup
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1 jar beef gravy
- Optional: 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire and 1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 small cam mushrooms, drained
Preparation
Step 1
1.Place meat in the bottom of the slow cooker; if necessary, slice meat to make it fit!
2.In a medium bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over beef.
3.Cover, and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.
Note:-Add some carrots and potatoes - I place the veggies in some aluminum foil, fold the sides up to make a little boat and sit on top of the meat to keep them from changing the flavor of the sauce and soaking most of it up, - I read this trick in a cooking magazine.
