DESSERTS = Cream Cheese Dessert

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
• 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
• 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 21 oz. can cherry, apple, peach or any flavor pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Divide among 6 or 8 dessert dishes.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add milk. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. Spoon into each dish. Top with pie filling.
