cup graham cracker crumbs
Tbsp. butter, melted
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
cup lemon juice
tsp. vanilla extract
21 oz. can cherry, apple, peach or any flavor pie filling
In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Divide among 6 or 8 dessert dishes. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add milk. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. Spoon into each dish. Top with pie filling.
