Ingredients
- 1 Can Pumpkin
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 1/2 Cups Nuts, chopped
- 2 Sticks Margarine
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 12 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Carton Cool Whip

Step 1
Mix well the first 6 ingredients. Line a 9" x 13" pan with waxed paper. Pour mixture into lined pan. Sprinkle dry yellow cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture (do not follow cake mix directions). Sprinkle nuts on top of dry cake mix. Melt butter an pour on top of nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven. When completely cooked, flip cake over onto a tray or larger baking dish. Blend powdered sugar and cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cake and refrigerate.
