  • 1 Small Box Lemon Jello
  • 1 Envelope Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 Cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Cups Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Small Box Orange Jello
  • 1 (15 oz.) Can Mandarin Oranges



Step 1

Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water. Pour into a 8 x 12 inch glass dish. Refrigerate until firm. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water; set aside. Over low heat, dissolve sugar in whipping cream. Heat, stirring constantly, until it nearly boils. Remove from heat. Add unflavored gelatin mixture. Cool. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Pour over lemon Jello layer. Refrigerate until firm. Dissolve orange Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add mandarin oranges with 2/3 cup of the juice. Pour over second layer. Refrigerate until firm.
