Corn Bread Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 c. crumbled corn bread
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
