Tortilla Pinwheels

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb hamburger
• 1 pkg taco seasoning8 oz. cream cheese
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 4 oz. chopped green chiles, drained
• 4 oz. chopped black olives
• 1/2 cup chopped green onions
• 1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese
• 10 inch flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat with taco seasoning; drain. Set aside to cool.

Mix together; cream cheese, sour cream, chiles, olives, onions and cheese.

add meat to mixture. Spread mixture over tortillas. Spread thin and roll up. Wrap each in saran wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Slice and serve with salsa.
