  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin cut 3/4" thick

  • Flour for dredging
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups milk

Step 1

Trim excess fat from tenderloin. Dredge tenderloin slices in flour. Season with salt and pepper. Brown in butter at 350 degrees in electric skillet.

Reduce temperature to 225 degrees; cover skillet. Cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until pork is tender. Add milk. Heat, uncovered, until bubbling hot. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
