Ingredients

    pounds pork tenderloin cut 3/4" thick

  • slices

  • Flour for dredging

  • Salt to taste

  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

    tablespoons butter

  • 2

    cups milk

Directions

Trim excess fat from tenderloin. Dredge tenderloin slices in flour. Season with salt and pepper. Brown in butter at 350 degrees in electric skillet. Reduce temperature to 225 degrees; cover skillet. Cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until pork is tender. Add milk. Heat, uncovered, until bubbling hot. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
