Ingredients
- For an extra flavorful presentation, serve this salad in clear plastic punch cups dipped in lime juice and rimmed with pepper and barbecue seasoning.
- 1 (32 oz.) container deli potato salad
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. lime zest
- 2 Tb. lime juice, (about 1 small lime)
- Garnish: lime wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together potato salad and next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 5 days. Garnish, if desired.
