Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 potatoes, peeled and cut up
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except potatoes thoroughly. Shape mixture into a loaf. Place potatoes in bottom of a slow cooker. Top potatoes with meat loaf. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.
