Ingredients
- 1/2 OF A CHICKEN
- 1/2 BAG FROZEN GREEN BEAN
- 1/2 BAG FROZEN CORN
- 1/2 BAG FROZEN MIXED VEGETABLES
- 2 TBLS OF CHICKEN BOUILLON
- 2 CLOVES OF MINCED GARLIC
Preparation
Step 1
IN A LARGE STOCK POT 2/3'S FULL OF WATER PLACE SKINNED CHICKEN IN POT, BRING TO A BOIL AND CONTINUE TO COOK FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR.
REMOVE CHICKEN FROM POT AND ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS, AND COOK OVER MED. HEAT FOR 30 MINUTES. IN THE MEAN TIME DEBONE THE CHICKEN AND CUT INTO SMALL PIECES. ONCE FINSH ADD CHICKEN AND CONTINUE TO COOK FOR 1 1/2 HOURS. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
