Basil Mayonnaise

  • 4 egg yolks at room temp in food processor
  • 6 T lemon Juice
  • 1 t garlic
  • 2 t salt
  • 2 t pepper
  • Puree and slowly add 2 c vegetable oil. Then add 1 c olive oil
  • 1 C chopped basil leaves.

Refrigerate to use on sandwiches, dips, and salmon
