  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion\
  • Garlic
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans cannelloni beans or kidney beans, drained
  • 1 cup uncooked pasta
  • Salt, pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion and garlic. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, beans and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil then simmer for 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Add salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
