Christmas Ambrosia

Ingredients

  • 12 small oranges
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 2 c. flaked coconut
  • maraschino cherries with stems to garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and section oranges, catching juice in a large nonmetal bowl. Add orange sections, pineapple, and coconut to juice; toss gently. Cover and chill thoroughly. To serve, spoon fruit mixture into a large serving bowl or individual dishes. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
