Ingredients
- 2/3 c. reduced-calorie margarine, softened
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. egg substitute
- 3 Tb. evaporated skim milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tb. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Beat margarine at medium speed with an electric mixer until soft and creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add egg substitute, milk and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; gradually add to margarine mixture. Mix at low speed just until blended. Stir in walnuts. Spoon into an 8" square pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. cool on a wire rack; cut into squares.
