This recipe is good for those times when you need lots of cookies that are delicious yet relatively inexpensive.
- 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Cups Vegetable Oil
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 4 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 4 Cups Cornflakes or Rice Krispies
- 1 1/2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 Cup Coconut
Mix together white and brown sugar. Add eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, salt, cereal, quick cooking oats and coconut. Mix thoroughly and drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minuted. Chopped nuts or dates could be added if desired.
