Quick Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 TBS dried onion
  • 1 (6 oz. ) can tomato paste
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Add all the ingredients together and stir.
2. Bring to boil and then let simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Serve over vermicelli spaghetti or baked spaghetti squash.
