Macaroni and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 TBS butter
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 TBS green pepper
  • 1 cup stewed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt butter in a skillet; add onions and pepper. Fry until tender.
2. Add tomatoes, peppers, and salt; simmer.
3. Place cooked macaroni in a greased casserole. Put onion, tomatoes, and peppers on top.
4. Sprinkle grated cheese of top.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
