Ingredients

• 1 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
• 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 Cup Margarine
• 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Cream of Tartar
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1 Cup Rice Krispies
• 1 Cup Quick Oatmeal
• 1 Cup Coconut
• 3 1/2 Cup Flour
• 1 (6 oz.) Pkg. Butterscotch or Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Blend margarine, oil and egg. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Add butterscotch or chocolate chips and mix well. Drop by teasponfuls on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
