Herb butter

This is killer spread over a steak or chicken.

Ingredients

• 1/2 c butter softened
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 t dried parsley flakes
• 1/2 t dried basil
• 1/2 t dried thyme

Step 1

Combine the ingredients in a small bowl. Pack into a small crock or baby food jar with decorative lid. Or roll in waxed paper into a log and twist the ends. Chill thoroughly.
