Ingredients
- 10 oz. lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced yellow squash
- 1/2 cup diced zucchini
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 3 cups water
- 1-1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
- 15 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet brown turkey. Add onion, squash, zucchini, bell pepper & carrots. Cook 5 minutes or until onions are tender.
Transfer to slow cooker. Add water, Italian seasoning, bouillon & beans. Cover and heat on low for 4 hours.
