    Stick Butter, melted

  • 1

    Cup Flour

  • 2

    Tbs. Sugar

  • 1/3

    Cup Nuts, chopped fine

  • 1

    Pkg, Vanilla Pudding, not instant

  • 1

    Pkg. Chocolate Pudding, not instant

  • 3

    Cups Milk

  • 1

    (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese

  • 1

    Cup Sugar

  • 1

    Medium Container Cool Whip

Directions

Mix butter, flour, 2 Tbs. Sugar and finely chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) and press into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Cook vanilla and chocolate pudding with milk. Do not use instant pudding. Soften cream cheese and mix with 1 cup sugar and 1/2 carton of Cool Whip. Whip together. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust, then pudding mixtures. Add the rest of Cool Whip to top and sprinkle with nuts. Keep refrigerated.
