Tartar Sauce (Paleo)

Very good & will always have these ingredients available so easy to make at the last minute...

I cut this recipe in 1/2 also - had to eyeball some of the harder to 1/2 things but it turned out great.

Ingredients

  • 1 c paleo mayonnaise
  • 1/2 T lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T minced onion
  • 1/4 t sea salt
  • 1/4 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t dried dill
  • 1/2 t raw honey (warmed if solid)
  • 1/2 t pickle or sauerkraut juice (optional)
  • sprinkle of parsley (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Adjust seasonings if desired. If possible - allow to chill for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
