Chocolate Cheesecake Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Cool Whip Free
  • 1/4 c. + 1 Tb. fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • One packet diet hot cocoa mix, (25 calories)
  • 1 Tb. sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • 1 Tb. Splenda, granulated

Preparation

Step 1

Using a fork or electric mixer, vigorously mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, cocoa mix, syrup and Splenda until smooth and well blended.

Evenly distribute mixture into 10 sections of an ice cube tray. Place tray in the freezer until nuggets are solid (at least 2 hours).

Once frozen, nuggets should pop out easily.



Each serving (2 nuggets)=42 calories
