CHILI CHEESE DOGS

Step 1

To make chili, heat a skillit over med high heat, add 1 tbsp EVOO, then 1 lb hamburger and salt and pepper and brown. Then add 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 small chopped onion, 2 clvoes chopped carlic, 1 tbsp chili powder and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Then add 1 (8 oz ) can tomato sauce. Heat through. Meanwhile boil franks to warm through, about 5 minutes. Score casings on dogs when done and add to a pan with 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp hot sauce and brown to crisp casings. Then heat the broiler and top with chili, cheese and whatever and broil until cheese melts. WE TRIED THIS ON 10/24/10 AND EVERYONE LOVED IT. KYLE AND RYAN DID NOT LIKE THE CHILI. IT WAS GOOD BUT NOT SPICY AT ALL.
