Ingredients

    medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped

    c. finely chopped white onion

    tbs. coarsely chopped cilantro leaves

    tbs. freshly squeezed lime juice.

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes with the onion, cilantro and lime juice and season with salt and pepper
