Onion Dip

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Onions, diced
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 2 cloves, Minced Garlic
  • 1/4-1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large frying pan, saute the diced onions on a medium flame, stirring occasionally. Let the onions get sticky and brown.
Add the garlic and saute for 2 more minutes.
Transfer mixture to your food processor bowl, and add in mayonnaise and seasonings. Pulse several times until the mixture is blended, but chunky.
