Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup 1% milk
  • 1 tsp. peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tsp. whey-protein powder
  • 3 ice cubes, crushed
