Ingredients

  • 1 lb blue crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay
  • 1 tsp lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine crabmeat, breadcrumbs, Old Bay, lemon peel, lemon juice and egg in a large bowl. Shape into 4 patties. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

2. Grill crab burgers on grill rack coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side until done. Serve on buns.
